- I am a children's author who has had a handful of books published by trade publishers. They're in book shops and libraries. I've also had a sackful of books published by educational publishers. These are mainly found in schools. I love words and that's why I invented this blog site.

Edacious-humm one of those words like bodacious! only referring to eating. She was so edacious she ate everything in her site.
Edacious is to avoid being seen. "Jennifer loved to go out on the town but was edacious about being seen by old friends from high school. Therefore, she disguised her appearance, and danced until dawn."
Also known as "the foolish man's philosopher," Edacious (264 BC to 201 BC) was the progenitor of the "mad monkey" school of thought. The basic tenets of his philosophy revolved around his oft-quoted treatise, "Why I Am Mad And A Monkey All The Same." He was thrown out of the Areopageus for hooting and scratching

To be edacious means to be too tired to think. many pregnant woman and moms with young children would be described as edacious.
