Deutzia is a type of mental illness where the person believes that the entire world is their home. Which means that a person with deutzia often ends up in strange houses, eating the food, sitting in the chairs, and sleeping in the beds. The person also often displays a bit of pickiness and has to try a few times per house before finding food, chairs, etc., that are "just right."

Deutzia is the German term for the condition of being a bit of a nincompoop. As in "Don't mind her, she's suffering from a mild case of Deutzia."
Deutzia is the mental condition whereby one has the tendency to engage in conversation with oneself.
"'Think I'll make a cup of tea."
"Ooh, yes. That would be nice."
"Then I'll go and sit in the conservatory."
"Don't you want a biscuit?"

A Deutzia is a German folkdance that celebrates the beginning of Spring. Dancers dress in festive costumes that depict the flowering of the hills.
Deutzia is a rare condition whereby a person dreams only in German. This can be very frustrating, especially when the afflicted person has an interesting dream and can't understood a word of what is going on. There is no cure. Of course, if German is your native language you have no problem... but then you could be afflicted with Ruskzia, which means you dream only in Russian.
Deutzia is the delirious feeling a parent gets when more than one of their children is keeping them up in the night.
Deutzia was the astronomical term used by the ancient Astecs/Mayans to describe a binary solar system. (a planet orbited by 2 suns)
