Postliminy
Postliminy is a Roman law which allowed a banished person or a captive to regain their privileges once they returned to their own home land. Quite civilised really. Your invented meanings for postliminy were more whimsical and I enjoyed reading them very much. Thanks for being part of this blog. Mandy was today's poll winner. Great work, Mandy.

Of course, postliminy is the return to calm, composed thought after a period of wild lunacy. Origin: liminy waggling of the index finger between pouting lips which makes a 'blubblebubbleblubble' sound indicating loss of sanity; thus post-liminy when the blubblebubbleblubble moment has ceased and normal composure resumed.

A postliminy is a person scared to send things in a mail. They are very ridiculous. Instead, they, ether don't send letters or they don't send them, they give them. Yup, you guessed it they drive, sail or fly! Why, why, why I think thats kind of stupid.
postliminy is the fact filled internal monologue that plagues those who have finished reading the series of unfortunate events books.
