A phrenologist was someone who studied the size and shape of skulls to decide on people's character and mental capacity. I'm pretty sure they have been replaced by other health professionals with different ideas. Interesting stuff!
Choosing between the entrants was difficult, but I decided on the entry of Thinks! which is very funny. I'm sure you'll agree when you read it below:

A phrenologist can be broken down into three words: Phre- the beginning of Fred, no, and log, so the Phrenolog (Frednolog) is a company devoted to stopping anyone named Fred from cutting down trees, hence an employee is called a phrenologist.
A phrenologist is someone who studies phrenetic behaviour. This branch of psychology started in 1922 as a result of the Straw Hat Riots. It was very useful also during the Beatles era, when many a mother had to take her daughter to see a phrenologist.
